Class Cancellation

WOWTC reserves the right to cancel the class three weeks before the start of a class, if the minimum number of students is not met. All registered students will be notified and will be presented options for later registration.

Due to circumstances beyond WOWTC control, such as instructor emergency, host institution emergency closure, acts of God, classes may be cancelled with little notice to the student. It is strongly recommended the student contact the WOWTC administrator to confirm.

Refunding of Fees
A student may withdraw from a course and receive full reimbursement up to 21 days before the start date of the class. A student who withdraws from the class 8 to 20 days before the start date of the class, will be refunded 50% of fees. A student who withdraws one week before the class or does not appear at the class will not have fees refunded.

Full monies will be refunded if the student cannot attend the class due to the death or hospitalization of the student or family member. If the course is cancelled by WOWTC, there is a full refund of tuition fees at the request of the student. Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on an individual basis.
